Community Room Application and Agreement Form
Our Community Room is a great place to hold meetings, conferences, seminars and more. The room can be set up as theater style seating, banquet style seating, or classroom seating. The maximum number of people allowed in the meeting room is ninety-nine (99).  There is a large flat screen television for use in the room, free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen. Common uses for our Community Room include:

  • Special Event
  • Birthday Parties
  • Anniversary Parties
  • Conferences
  • Seminars
  • Classes
  • Holiday Parties
  • Showers
  • Social Gatherings
Requests to reserve the Community Room shall be submitted a minimum of fourteen days in advance of the requested time and date. The Community Room may not be used for fundraising or promotional uses. The City of Green Park has the right to refuse any Community Room reservation request.
Fees:
Resident: $15/hr*
Commercial Resident: $20/hr*
*Two hour minimum with a $200.00 deposit
Available Hours of Use:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.*
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.*
*Uses are limited to those that will not impact and/or effect City Hall operations.
Community Room Use Requests
Applications must be submitted with the hourly rental fee and a separate payment of $200 for the deposit.  The $200 deposit fee will be returned after the event if there is no damage to the room.
